You may submit information such as member profiles, kit registrations, and survey answers (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content. You grant Taste Compass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of others.
Some features may be free; others may be paid. Where fees apply, we will present pricing before purchase. Payments are handled by third-party processors. All charges, taxes, and refunds are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

The Taste Compass platform, design, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the service.

Taste Compass respects the intellectual property and other rights of others. If you believe that any content made available through the service infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, or is defamatory or otherwise unlawful, please contact us at legal@compasstaste.com with sufficient detail to allow us to review the concern.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removal or modification of the content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taste Compass, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the service or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Some provisions (e.g., intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where consumer protection or mandatory local laws apply, you may have additional rights in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. If changes are material, we’ll provide a prominent notice (for example, in-app or by email). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
